We ordered repairs at the DCS in October 2023 in Kyiv, the package "Optimal".
The war and problems with the light introduced certain difficulties, I was very pleasantly surprised that even in such conditions repairs continued at a good pace. In general, all the wishes were implemented, the comments were corrected, including the changes that I made already during the repair process, even at a stage when it was already quite difficult to fix it. The fullness of the package fully corresponds to the declared, however, it would be nice to slightly expand / improve the choice of air conditioners, a boiler, my expectations, apparently, were somewhat overstated. For additional work, of course, you will have to pay extra, such as an additional bathroom or a door, but this is also fully described in the contract. There were also nuances with the presence / absence of some materials from the catalog, but this is also related to the war. In this regard, I want to thank the designer Elena, they picked up all the materials / content with her, which I am now satisfied with. I would like to especially thank the project manager (Andrei Rokochiy), since in my opinion the main part of the repair depended on him, I am completely satisfied with the result, my Wishlist, changes to the initial electricity project were also corrected.
Thanks to Andrey for his attentive and responsible approach, we spent more than one evening discussing the nuances) I think it would be good without my intervention, but it was my initiative. I am also pleased with the work of the furniture makers who made and installed the kitchen. In short, the result coincides with the promised / planned, I hope that the warranty obligations will not have to be used, we are going to move into the apartment before the summer, we are satisfied with the repair.
