First, let's answer the question why you need an accurate, measured plan to the millimeter. Based on the measurement plan, purchase consumable roughing and finishing materials, relying on the exact dimensions, designed and arranged furniture. Each outlet, each switch or spot light requires its own clear coordinates. On small objects the difference in figures usually does not exceed 5 cm, but even these 5 cm can play a key role in interior design. Why does it occur? The walls may not be as apartment as the builder claimed (this, by the way, also applies to height differences in the apartment, or even in a particular room – not a perfectly apartment screed is to blame). BTI give the total area as the sum of all internal premises, without taking into account the area of doorways, which seem to be not so significant, but some some «90 cm * 10 cm» on an area of 80 square meters will run into a whole square. Repair –construction companies this «square» take into accountt, because the floor covering us to lay everywhere, we will not tell you – and in the opening we will not put laminate flooring, because the area of the opening is not taken into account, sorry.
