      The work process for any of the Remontomania packages is as follows. The customer brings us the BTI plan, if there is no plan, we promptly find it. Then he chooses a package: Minimal, Optimal, Maximal. After that, the designer and the client begin discussing what style of renovation is planned.

      An important note should be made here. There are companies that also offer some ready-made packages of repair services, but at the same time immediately warn that the repair in the style «hi-tech» has one cost, in the style «Provence» another, in the style «loft» — third, and so on. As practice shows, they are not able to give you an accurate understanding of what you get as a result of repair, what materials and what work. But our price does not depend on the style of repair. There are 6 199,00 UAH/m2., 9 199,00 UAH/m2. and 12 199,00 UAH/m2., and that's it. Each of these three packages provides any style of interior at the choice of the Customer.       Next, the designer shows the client various visualizations, ready-made repairs to understand what the customer wants to get in the end. If the client himself selects materials, and the designer something confused, if something in his opinion does not fit into the style, he gives his recommendations. The result of this work — visualization of the finished project, a picture of the finished repairs. It should be noted that then to change the visualization is quite problematic, so we can only in fact on the spot to change some materials, decor. But the designer always stays in touch with the client, he clarifies any nuances so that the project and the repair itself fully satisfied the customer.

    Then the client is assigned a personal project manager, who will oversee this object from beginning to end. A contract is signed, and an advance payment is made. A client's personal account is created. Manager and designer travel to the object, where the designer makes accurate actual measurements, because the passport BTI is not always 100% accurate. Here I would like to note that RSU works with all objects, in any new buildings and secondary housing. We are not tied to any construction company that offers to make «turnkey repair» only in your house.

       There is also such a scheme of work, when a person right on our website immediately makes a selection of materials, then send it to us,   indicating where and what is used, and we first work on this document, and then contact the client, clarify all the details and show him how we represent his repair and his apartment. In any case, a meeting with the client is mandatory, the designer needs to understand their needs, tastes, the purpose of the renovation (for themselves, for sale or for rent), the number of tenants in the apartment, etc.

4 stages of payment

      To calculate the cost of repair, we multiply the total meterage of the apartment by the price of the package: 6 199,00 UAH/m2, 9 199,00 UAH/m2. or 12 199,00 UAH/m2. Sometimes we have to face the fact that the Customer  in order to save money, for example, does not want to make repairs on the balcony or in the pantry. But according to our standard of work, when forming the price we will still take them into account according to the total meterage. As practice shows, then the client himself to make repairs even on 3-5 meter balcony or in the pantry will be more expensive than if he immediately in the complex will order it from us. Complex repair of the whole apartment — it is convenient, profitable for the client, and this is what forms our price tag.

      The amount is broken down into several stages of advance payment. The first advance payment — 10% of the cost of the entire package. Then a design project is created, it is agreed and approved by the client, in his personal cabinet. Then comes the second payment, 40% of the cost of repair. We go to the rough work, plumbing and electrical, plasterboard, painting, the purchase of tiles, plumbing. The next stage — the client contributes 40% and we buy doors, fixtures, wallpaper, laminate other small materials and install them. Finally, the final stage — the client comes to the site, inspects and contributes the last 10%. The acceptance certificate is signed. The repair is finished. This payment scheme is convenient for the customer, because payments are spread over 2-3-4 months, and for us.

      Thus, unlike many other repair and construction companies, we can initially say exactly how much it will cost to repair and clearly break this amount into 4 parts. This is not at any company in Odessa and, with a high probability, even in all of Ukraine. Actually, that's why we are called RSU №1: we are really №1 in terms of efficiency, clarity and quality of repair work.
