During the search for a repair company, I accidentally found the RSU company on Instagram, read the reviews, looked at the office. Manager Andrei explained everything in detail, showed the showroom with materials. The contract clearly stipulates the deadlines for the performance of work that the company has kept. Foreman Andrey well done, he did according to the terms of reference. Plus, during the repair process, he informed in detail about the work. The progress of work is clearly visible online in the reports. If we had any comments or requests, the foreman went to the meeting.
Designer Marina prepared a design project with us. She helped to make redevelopment and working drawings and later selection of finishing materials. It is not very convenient that visualization is not provided, the design project is actually working drawings for the foreman, and you need to imagine how the finished repair will look in your head yourself.
However, mistakes were made in the design of the shower room, which took time to eliminate them, the light in the kitchen above the island was placed too close to the kitchen itself, preventing the door from opening, the door had to be redone in that area – such moments still leave an unpleasant aftertaste.
This is my first repair and I understand that my package "Minimum" includes the quality of materials in the average or below the average range of the market, but it is precisely such companies that should help to optimally use the budget, which is what I was hoping for in the first place.
I think RSU is a good choice, especially if you live far away or rent an apartment. But if you are a picky customer or want to create a space for your needs, then there are a number of nuances.
