In August 2026, RSU marked 10 years since its founding. The company, which started out in Odesa in 2016, has since grown into delivering large-scale projects in design, renovation and construction. The anniversary fell during a difficult period for Ukrainian business, and the fact that the company keeps working and growing is above all the result of the team's daily efforts: designers, planners, builders, coordinators and managers who guide each project from the first idea to handover.
Behind ten years of numbers are real people and their work: over 71,300 m² of completed work, 1,227 delivered properties and more than 43,000 drawings produced. It was precisely for the detail of its project documentation that RSU received an award from the Book of Records of Ukraine in 2026.
Another indicator is more than 27,000 photo and video reports, which let owners follow progress even from a distance. Behind every one of those figures is someone's attentiveness, experience and responsibility.
Today RSU operates in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa, delivering full-cycle turnkey renovations, and is also developing its presence in Warsaw.
A decade of constant change has been possible because everyone on the team did their part.
The anniversary is a moment to look back at the road travelled and, at the same time, a starting point for the next stage.
