Terms of Service
1. Subject of the Agreement
These Terms regulate the procedure for providing renovation and interior design services by "RSU" company. We undertake to perform a range of finishing and renovation works at the Customer's object in accordance with the approved Design Project and Budget.
2. Payment Procedure
- Payment for works is made in stages or in full according to the conditions specified in the Contract.
- The cost of materials can be paid separately and included in the overall Budget of the project.
- All settlements are carried out in non-cash form to the company's bank account.
3. Terms and Execution of Works
The start and completion dates of the works are specified in the Contract, as well as in the Roomskey mobile application.
The Contractor has the right to involve third parties (subcontractors) to perform specialized works, while remaining fully responsible for the final result.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Since we provide services, a standard return of goods is not possible. However, we guarantee:
Contract Termination
In cost-estimate renovations, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract at any time by paying for the works actually performed up to the moment of termination and the purchased materials. In package offers, refunds are not provided.
Refund of Prepayment
In cost-estimate renovations — if the works have not yet started, the prepayment is refunded minus the costs actually incurred by the company (e.g., specialist visit, measurements, development of preliminary documentation). In package offers, refunds are not provided.
Quality of Works
In case of defects, the Contractor undertakes to eliminate them within the agreed timeframes under the warranty obligations.
5. Confidentiality and Personal Data
We ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection". The data is used solely for the performance of obligations under the Contract. Details are set out in our "Privacy Policy".
