We ourselves are not from the city of Odessa and in the plans and dreams was the purchase of an apartment in this lively, beautiful and interesting city in order to have a place to stay when you come on business, and just to come on vacation. And here our dream came true, we bought a small, but in our opinion very cozy apartment in a beautiful place and in a new luxury house. Next before us was the next labor-intensive step — it is the repair. With this process in recent times we have faced very often and not always it was smooth and smooth, and often with a lot of nerves, the masters were not qualified, the material is not quite good, and if you want to buy something of quality, the prices are unreasonably high and eventually, in the budget that you planned on the repair does not fit, and it turns out to be twice as much. And moreover, since we are not local, there was a very big question of control over the repair and provision of materials. When buying an apartment we were told that there are repair companies that do turnkey repairs for about 250-270$ per square, and then give a guarantee, some for 3 years, and some for 5 years, but the specific firm did not recommend. We began to scour the Internet. Today there are a lot of repair crews, firms, offices and find a decent very hard. We began to rely on factors such as seniority, experience and reviews. So we did not risk and gave, so to speak, his dream in the hands of «RSU», which we did not regret at all. We called, arranged a meeting and the next day we arrived at the office and were pleasantly surprised. The company «RSU» delighted us with its professional activity, open staff and creative and friendly atmosphere! We met a very nice manager Galina, who led our project, she listened to all our problems and tried to please us in every possible way. Initially it was a little frightening, because in our time — this is very rare, but then we realized that it is really true that these are kind and good people with whom it is pleasant to work. Then Galina introduced us to the designer Ivan, with whom it was a pleasure to communicate, because from the first words it was clear that this is a professional of his work. After discussing all the details of the repair, which were clearly answered, we installed and registered in the personal cabinet, fixed all this with a contract with deadlines and made the first installment. The only thing we had one requirement was that we were assigned a foreman Michael, as his name appeared in all the positive reviews. And if he was busy, we were ready to wait for him. We decided on this and parted ways. The next day Ivan started throwing in his personal cabinet various plans for remodeling, plumbing, electrical, etc. During the next two weeks we agreed and approved all the plans for the design project. It was time to start the repair, and Michael was still busy, and then Galina recommended to us a foreman Tatiana. My husband of course in the beginning was very surprised and to put it mildly there was some distrust to the foreman woman. But Galina presented and described Tatiana from all her best sides, that it is a person with a great and good experience in this area, responsive, decent, pedantic and scrupulous, and this is basically the qualities that we needed. Then we met with Tatiana first in the office, then went to the object, discussed all the issues related to the repair, exchanged phone numbers, agreed on constant communication through the phone and personal office. In the show-room with the designer Ivan we chose all materials and filling for the apartment and the next day everything started spinning. From time to time we called Tatiana and discussed various issues related to the renovation. We would like to pay tatiana a tribute, all her qualities proved to be true! She listened to all our wishes with great attention and patience, made her suggestions as an experienced specialist, clearly followed all the work, which took place on full trust and mutual understanding. Once a week she posted a photo report in her personal office about the progress of the repair. During the whole repair we visited the apartment three times and that when we paid for the next tranches. We had no complaints about the conduct and quality of repair and have not!
