From a satisfied customer Anton Litvinenko. Repair in HCR Elegia Park from RSU

Well, here we have made the repair together with RSU.

All in all, we are satisfied – thank you for your cooperation! There is no denying the fact that we faced 1% of the headaches we could have (and now we know for sure that we definitely could have). Special thanks to the foreman Tatiana! If not for her professionalism, I am sure a lot would have gone «crash». At a certain stage it even turned out that from the whole company the connection was only with her (and I wanted to listen to my colleagues :)
). Helped to solve… no, in fact, solved permanently arising problems and found various «joints». And all this very promptly and energetically. For what she, of course, many thanks and nerves of steel!!!
Now for the unpleasant. Basically, 2 things I would recommend to pay attention to when working with RSU:
1. The designer was very poorly oriented in «assortment». As a consequence, the selection stage was frankly «failed». Contact with supply is apparently absent. 3 times we traveled to the selection because of the fact that some positions are not available (by the way, then we were reproached that the selection occurs in one visit). The most frustrating thing is that in the end some positions turned out to be either frankly «failed» or poor quality. And this we chose «under dictation» designer, without the possibility to «want».
2. Apparently, the RSU lacks the stage of technical coordination of the project between the designer and the foreman. For example, we have at the very end of the repair, when everything is ready, it turned out some of the design features included in the project, technically absurd. Because of which we had to again extend the deadline and do additional work. Little things like: the outlet forgot, or the sink mounts on the opposite side – do not even take into account.
Conclusion: I think the next. repair will also do with RSU, but already learned by experience, some stages will control more carefully.
Thanks to all who read to the end.

(Translated by Google) Well, here we have done repairs together with the DCS. Overall, we are happy - thank you for your cooperation! It cannot be denied that we faced 1% of the headache we could have (and now we know for sure that we definitely could). Special thanks to the foreman Tatiana! The designer was very poorly guided by the “assortment”. As a result, the selection stage was frankly "failed". Apparently there is no contact with the supply. We went to the selection 3 times due to the fact that there were no positions (by the way, later we were reproached that the selection takes place in one visit). The most offensive thing is that in the end, some positions turned out to be either openly “failed” or of poor quality. And we chose this "at the dictation" of the designer, without the opportunity to "want". 2. Apparently in the RSU there is no stage of technical approval of the project between the designer and the foreman. For example, at the very end of the renovation, when everything is ready, some of the design features included in the project turned out to be technically absurd. Because of what it was necessary to extend the terms again and make additional. work. Little things in the spirit: forgot the socket, or at the sink mounts on the opposite side - we do not even take into account. Conclusion: I think the next. I will also do repairs with the DCS, but having already learned from experience, I will control some stages more carefully. Thanks to everyone who read to the end
