RSU has finally finished repairing our apartment in the Continent Residential Complex. For what they are very grateful.
Why "finally"? Because the work dragged on for 2.5 weeks. But let's go in order.
According to advertising and reviews of acquaintances, RSU positions itself as a serious firm with a large number of useful and necessary services designed to simplify life during the repair of your apartment. And it is true, the company gives a designer with whom you discuss, think through how your future apartment will look like. It assigns you a manager who keeps you informed and solves organizational issues. And the foreman, who has his own team, his masters. Also there is personal cabinet, where all drawings, plans, specifications of selected devices (outlets, fixtures, fittings, etc.) and photo reports (frees you from the need to come every week to check the state of work on the site, but it is better still sometimes visit), which is actually a potentially powerful tool, but apparently not all foremen it took root.

Remodeling is not a simple matter, complex and completely detached and give the reins to the RSU I did not succeed. To solve the issue of wall screeding for air conditioner output, to level the screed on the floor, to make a box for communications - these works are not obligatory, but without them the quality of repair falls. The foreman kindly informs you about it and you decide whether to make "so-so" or to make "good". In the package chosen by me accordingly these nuances were not included (and there are quite a lot of them), and for me, a person not skilled in repairs, these procedures are not obvious. So I had to pay extra for the necessary work, because I wanted "well" and not "well norm". All additional work can be done through a personal cabinet. Where the price and the type of work for which you will pay extra.

Now about the bad. Near the end of the deadline we changed the foreman, and no one told us anything. No reasons, nothing, only vague - "he delayed the terms". And indeed so, the terms were delayed. Although according to the same foreman, he was going to hand everything over, was about to in 3 days. After the replacement and 4 days of silence, I asked the manager what was the reason for such a hasty departure of the man who was in my project for about 3 months before its completion. He replied that he was not aware of it until yesterday. So he can't give me any additional information. That is quite strange and not very nice from the side of people who like this "change the foreman at the crossing".

In the end, the repair was finished with a new foreman. For what to him a special thanks. To take responsibility for the project, which most of the time was carried out by another person and to bring it to mind, to check all the doubtful points, to correct the joints of the predecessor (and they were) and in a short period of time to establish communication with the client - it is worth a lot.
