Terms of Service

1. Subject of the Agreement

These Terms govern the provision of renovation and interior design services by "RSU". We undertake to perform a complex of finishing and renovation works at the Customer's site in accordance with the approved Design Project and Budget.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for works is made in stages or in full according to the terms fixed in the Construction Contract.

• The cost of materials may be paid separately and included in the total Project Budget.

• All settlements are carried out in non-cash form to the company's settlement account or by another legal method agreed upon by the parties.

3. Deadlines and Performance of Works

• The start and end dates of the works are fixed in the Contract as well as in the Roomskey mobile application.

• The Contractor has the right to engage third parties (subcontractors) to perform specialized tasks, while remaining responsible for the final result.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Since we provide services, a standard return of goods is not possible. However, we guarantee:

• Contract Termination: For estimate-based renovations, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract at any time by paying for the work actually performed at the time of termination and the materials purchased. For package offers, refunds are not provided.

• Refund of Prepayment: For estimate-based renovations — if the work has not yet started, the prepayment is refunded minus the actual costs incurred by the company (e.g., specialist visit, measurements, development of preliminary documentation). For package offers, refunds are not provided.

• Quality of Work: In case of defects, the Contractor undertakes to eliminate them within the agreed timeframe under the warranty obligations.

5. Confidentiality and Personal Data

We ensure the protection of your personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" and GDPR standards (where applicable). Data is used exclusively for the fulfillment of obligations under the Contract. Details are set out in our "Privacy Policy".
