Stages of work

After completion of the planning stage, RSU specialists proceeded to the actual renovation of the 4-room apartment:

1. Dismantling of existing materials. The initial stage involves removing old materials from the ceiling, walls and floor. Thorough cleaning of the surfaces is crucial for further high-quality work.
2. After dismantling, the surfaces are prepared for new materials. This includes wall leveling, putty, and primer. Proper surface preparation ensures the durability and quality of the repair.
3. Replacing utilities. During a major overhaul, it is customary to replace all utilities, such as electrical wiring, water and sewer pipes, and heating systems. Professionalism and compliance with the rules are essential to ensure safety and quality work.
4. Installing new windows and doors: The heat and sound insulation of the apartment depends on these elements. High-quality materials and professional installation contribute to creating comfortable living conditions.
5. Finishing works. The finishing stage involves installing flooring, painting walls and ceilings, fixing skirting boards and adding decor. The quality of these finishing works largely determines the durability and relevance of the repair.

After all the construction and finishing work is completed, furniture installation begins. The last but not least task is cleaning. Careful removal of construction debris and dust ensures that the freshly renovated four-bedroom apartment is ready for use from day one.
