I found the company simply by searching online for “turnkey renovation.” After looking at several companies, I realized that prices were more or less similar everywhere. RCS probably won me over because, for the same price, they also offered a kitchen. I called them, liked their approach, and the manager, Yuliya Anoshyna, quickly organized everything, and our cooperation began.
The project was located in another city, so I couldn’t fully supervise it, and I only visited the office once when choosing wallpapers. Therefore, the main work was done by the designer, Olena Bilozir. She understood my concept and completed everything quickly, which made me very happy.
Then the actual renovation began, and I worked with Pavlo Shashkov. Doing a renovation with no electricity for seven hours a day is quite a challenge, especially since the apartment is on the 11th floor and the elevator often didn’t work. But Pavlo and his team handled it perfectly. Every 10 days, there were photo reports in the app, and any questions that came up were immediately addressed. When the project manager is client-focused, that’s the key to success :)
Finally, the curtains are hung, and the kitchen is installed. Am I happy with the result? Yes, very much!
